These Terms govern your use of the Auriva website and your purchase of Auriva products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Auriva. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18+ and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Products and pricing
We do our best to display products and prices accurately. In the rare case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we ship the product. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason (suspected fraud, stock issues, address validation failures, etc.) and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping, returns, and warranty

5. Intended use and disclaimers
Auriva products are personal wellness massagers. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Statements made on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, recently had abdominal or pelvic surgery, have a pacemaker or implanted device, or have any condition that may be affected by heat, compression, or vibration applied to the lower back, hip, or pelvic region. Discontinue use if you experience discomfort.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auriva and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, the “Auriva” wordmark, the Halo product design, and software — is owned by Auriva LLC or its licensors and protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. User-generated content
If you submit a review, comment, photograph, or other content to Auriva, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent that you own the rights to anything you submit.
9. Governing law and disputes
