Auriva LLC (“Auriva”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and the products sold on it. This policy explains what information we collect about you, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
Information we collect
- You give us: name, shipping and billing addresses, email, phone number, payment information (processed via our payment partner — we never see your full card number), order history, customer-support messages.
- We collect automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, session duration, and similar analytics data via cookies and pixels.
- We do not collect: health information, biometric data, or sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily share in support messages.
How we use your information
- To process and ship your orders
- To respond to customer-support requests
- To send order updates and (with your consent) marketing emails

- To improve our website, products, and customer experience

Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate Auriva, including:

- Customer support: Gorgias or Zendesk
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information with data brokers.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Delete your information (subject to retention required by law, such as tax records)
- Opt out of marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link)
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — though we do not sell your data

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

Data retention
We retain order and customer-support records for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. Marketing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymized or deleted after 26 months.
Children’s privacy
Our products and website are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit, and rely on PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We’ll post any updates here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers.
