Take the Auriva Halo home. Use it for thirty days. If it doesn’t become part of your daily routine, send it back — and we’ll refund every dollar.
How the trial works
- Order the Halo. Free US shipping over $199.
- Use it daily for up to 30 days from the day it arrives.
- If it isn’t for you, start a return any time within those 30 days.
- We email you a prepaid return label — we cover the return shipping.
- Drop the box at any UPS location. Refund hits your card within 5–10 business days of us receiving it.
No restocking fee. No return-shipping cost. No surveys to fill out.
What qualifies
The 30-day trial covers any Auriva Halo purchased directly from this website. It applies regardless of whether the unit has been opened or used — we’d actually prefer that you use it. A massager you didn’t try isn’t a fair test.
The trial does not apply to:
- Units purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces
- Devices showing signs of physical damage caused after delivery (drops, exposure to water, modification)
- Replacement parts and accessories purchased separately
Starting a return
Step 1 — Email us
Send a note to returns@riseup667.com with your order number and the reason for return (optional but helps us improve). No long form to fill out.
Step 2 — Print your label
Within one business day, we’ll reply with a prepaid UPS return label and instructions. Tape it over the original shipping label.
Step 3 — Drop off the box
Any UPS Store or UPS drop box. No appointment needed. Hang on to the drop-off receipt until your refund clears.
Step 4 — Refund
Once we receive the box at our warehouse (typically 3–7 business days), your refund processes within 24 hours. Funds land on your original payment method in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What we ask in return
Send the Halo back in its original box if you still have it (the foam protects the unit during transit). If the box is gone, any sturdy carton with padding works. Include the power adapter and silicone wipe-down cloth. The linen sleeve and printed materials are yours to keep.
Beyond 30 days
After day 30, the 2-year limited warranty takes over for any defects in materials or workmanship. See the warranty page for full details.
Exchanges
Want to swap colors or upgrade to the Halo Pro? Email us and we’ll arrange a no-fee exchange. We ship the new unit when we receive the original (or in a “concurrent exchange” with a credit-card hold on the new unit, if you don’t want a gap).
