Shipping & Delivery.

We ship every order with tracking. We pack every Halo as if we were sending it to a friend.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories (Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam). International shipping is on our roadmap — join the waitlist to be notified when we open your country.

Order handling

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or on weekends ship the next business day.

We do not ship on US federal holidays. During major holiday seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, December), handling may extend by 1–2 days — we’ll always note this banner-wide on the homepage.

Tracking your order

You’ll receive an order confirmation email at checkout, then a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your package leaves our warehouse. Tracking numbers update within 24 hours of dispatch.

Lost the email? Contact us with your order number and we’ll resend it within one business day.

Discreet packaging

Every Halo ships in a plain, unbranded outer carton. The shipping label lists “Auriva LLC” as the sender — no product description, no category names, nothing on the outside that identifies what’s inside.

If something goes wrong

Damaged on arrival?
Photograph the box and the product within 48 hours and email care@riseup667.com. We’ll send a replacement on the next available shipment — no need to return the damaged unit first.
Package marked delivered but missing?
First check around your delivery location and with neighbors — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered up to a day early. If it doesn’t turn up within 48 hours, contact us and we’ll open a carrier trace and ship a replacement.

Address changes

Need to change the shipping address after placing an order? Contact us within 2 hours of checkout — once a label is generated, we can no longer reroute the package without the carrier’s reshipping fee.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state law. We collect and remit sales tax in all US states where we are required to do so.
